Does anyone know of something else like this that is either free or cheap? I am using a Mac at home so ideally I'd like it to be compatible but I can get access to a PC if not. Is anyone using this?

EndNote is a reference manager tool (software) – i.e. when I do a search and download a bunch of details with abstracts – Then “upload” it to the reference manager and it keeps a list of everything for you – which you can arrange into folders etc etc. and turn into a bibliography or reference/citations list.
